Overview
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will build AI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems and delivering scalable, production-ready solutions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
- Build AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Design and develop intelligent agents for enterprise AI applications.
- Develop and integrate APIs with enterprise AI solutions.
- Implement MCP servers and utilize the A2A protocol for AI integrations.
- Develop scalable AI applications using Python.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
- Participate in the full AI solution lifecycle, from development through production deployment.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience developing solutions with Azure OpenAI.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience developing Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Experience implementing MCP servers.
- Knowledge of the A2A protocol.
- Strong Python programming skills for AI development and automation.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to attend planning sessions at the client’s office in Mexico City approximately once per quarter.
