Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to agile teams, delivering high-quality software using Agile principles and a DevOps mindset
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Senior Developers, and Delivery Leaders to define implementation strategies
- Independently execute development tasks based on collaboratively defined solutions
- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients, peers, and stakeholders
- Work closely with team members to support and implement quality assurance practices
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality custom software solutions
- Partner with clients to ensure maximum value in both implementation and consulting engagements
- Contribute to and follow AgileThought delivery methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of core web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong experience with React.js and Next.js, including:
- Hooks
- Higher-Order Components (HoC)
- Routing
- React Server Components (RSC)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API) and SPA architecture
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library)
- Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous operations
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with modern development workflows:
- Version control
- Code reviews
- Deployment processes
- Proven experience using AI-powered development tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience building backend applications with Node.js
