Overview
Provide technical leadership for the incubation of emerging business solutions—aimed at strengthening the value proposition and service offering at inter.mx, as well as contributing to its intellectual property—by exploring various technologies and tools (AI, data, AR, automation, etc.) to produce Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
Evaluate technologies, prototype with agility, and prepare the handover of solutions to the tribes responsible for scaling and operations.
Your Role and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
– Research emerging trends (AI, RAG, AR, APIs, etc.)
– Evaluate tools/platforms with potential strategic impact to improve the user experience from contracting to using their coverage across the different channels where prospects and clients interact; as well as any tool that contributes to improving or optimizing internal operations.
– Translate technological opportunities into viable use cases.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership
– Design and build functional prototypes with the team, maintaining a focus on scalability for transfer to the respective teams.
– Facilitate rapid technical decisions with business acumen.
– Measure results and learnings, pivoting as needed.
- Transfer and Scaling
– Document scalable solutions.
– Coordinate handoffs with technology, product, or business teams.
– Support the transition to ensure technical continuity. 4. Innovation Management and Culture
– Work with a high degree of autonomy.
– Foster a «build fast, learn faster» culture.
– Collaborate closely with Product Strategists, Business Teams, Data, and other profiles within the organization.

Working at Motivus
What Working Here Looks Like
- Guild community: You’re part of the [Data & AI / Backend / Cloud] Guild — a community of practitioners in your domain. Structured learning, peer review, and certifications happen here, not in isolation.
- Outcome accountability: Your work connects directly to a client result. We don’t measure activity — we measure delivery.
- AI in your workflow: Through AI Champions and Guild initiatives, you’ll actively use and shape how AI tools are applied to engineering work — not just hear about it in a townhall.
- Defined career path: Structured progression from individual contributor to technical lead to Guild leadership, with certifications and milestones that are visible, not arbitrary.
