- Collaborative Global Platform Motivus worked alongside auditors to build a collaborative work environment, using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to boost productivity and quality. Small, high-performing teams worked in an iterative model to continuously improve the platform, based on feedback from global stakeholders.
- Cloud-Based Architecture The platform was built on Azure, incorporating core technologies such as microservices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and design patterns that support enterprise-scale software development. This enabled fast, secure software delivery across multiple teams.
- Agile Collaboration at Scale To manage this global project, we scaled up to over 300 team members working in 30 agile delivery teams. Each team collaborated with audit practitioners, who acted as product owners to translate business requirements into working software. Azure DevOps was used to manage program activities, while Teams facilitated communication across 300+ stakeholders worldwide.
