Senior SAP FI Consultant
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering successful SAP projects in complex business environments
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FI implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support initiatives
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including,General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank AccountingTax and Withholding Tax
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Design and execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on developments and integrations
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users and junior consultants
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects when applicable
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Financial Accounting processes and configuration
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project
- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Tax configuration
- Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Finance experiences
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting
- Experience with global or multi-country implementations
- Knowledge of Agile project methodologies
- Experience with data migration and financial reporting solutions
